Delete your Thornwake account
Thornwake — an idle dark-fantasy RPG for Android and web, at thornwake.app.
Option 1 — in the game (instant)
- Open Thornwake and log in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account forever and confirm.
Option 2 — by email (no app needed)
Email support@thornwake.app from any address with the subject "Delete my Thornwake account", and include your account name and server (e.g. S1). We may ask you to confirm from inside the game or answer a question about the account so nobody can delete someone else's. Requests are completed within 30 days, usually within 2.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, password hash, referral code and Discord link.
- All your hunters, inventory, progress, clan membership, friends and settings.
- Chat messages and direct messages you sent.
- IP addresses linked to the account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records (item, amount, date, payment ID) — kept for 7 years because tax law requires it, with the account name removed.
- Database backups — overwritten within 30 days.
- Crash reports (no account name) — removed after 90 days; server logs after 180 days.
- An IP or account ban record, if the account was banned for cheating or abuse, so the ban can still be enforced.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchases are not refunded. Full privacy policy: thornwake.app/legal.html#privacy.
